Abay Bank has fulfilled all the necessary requirements of the National Bank of Ethiopia to set up a bank, and officially established on July 14th 2010 and started full-fledged banking operations on November 3, 2010.
Currently, paid up-capital of the bank is Birr 4.733 Billion/ Four Billion Seven Hundred Thirty three Million Birr as of June 30, 2023, and the number of share holders reached 4,437/ Four Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Seven.

Senior Research and Product Development Officers strive to improve the market share of companies in the market. They perform strategic analyses of the core advantages that a company's products or services have to offer, they cooperate in the development of marketing campaigns for lead generation and support on sales efforts.
Job Requirements
Qualification: BA Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics or other related field of study with a minimum of 4 years work experience in Market Research and Product Development, Market studies, Market analysis. Working in Banking sector is preferable.
Duty Station: Head Office
