Educational background in a related field of study Duties & Responsibilities: - Responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) to support construction and design projects. - Developing detailed 3D models, generating accurate drawings. - Ensuring designs comply with project specifications and industry standards. - Work autonomously or as part of a larger team and able to make design decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro-active way. - Excellent communication skills will be preferred. - Wider knowledge of other disciplines highly desirable. - Capable of accurate work under pressure and able to work on several projects simultaneously. - Assisting other staff and BIM/Revit Technicians.

BA Degree or Diploma in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Completion of 8th grade with relevant work experience

BA Degree\TVET 10+3,10+4 or Diploma in Automotive Technology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

TVET level 10+3 or Diploma in Concrete or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

TVET V or Diploma in Building Construction or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
