TVET Level 4 or Level 3 in a related field of study with relevant work expereince Duties & Responsibilites: - The ideal candidate will have the ability to read blueprints and follow safety regulations for water supply, sewage and sanitation systems. - Install, repair and maintain water supply lines, sewage systems and gas lines - Inspect plumbing issues and repair leaks and other defects - Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and building codes - Repair appliances such as sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters and appliances - Inspect plumbing lines for leaks and ensure proper function - Work with other professionals, including electricians and construction workers, to complete projects - Monitor safety standards and building codes

BSc Degree or TVET IV in Management Construction, Quantity Surveying or in a related field of study Duties and Responsibilities: - Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the work of site operatives or crew members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to project plans and specifications - Allocate daily responsibilities, monitor attendance, and adjust assignments as needed to maintain workflow - Lead by example, providing guidance and support to workers, and fostering a positive and productive work environment

TVET Level 4 or Diploma in Building Construction or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years  in the same position.
