The Forklift Operator will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, and stack products, raw materials, and other merchandise.

The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform duties related to the forklift operation.

Core Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads finished products, crates, and purchased raw materials.

• Arrange pallets in store.

• Uses a forklift appropriate to each type of movement.

• At each day’s end return and park the forklift to the appropriate station.

• Keeps vehicle clean and takes care of spare tires, hand tools, and other accessories.

Job Requirement

• High school Diploma holder with a special license for forklift driving.

• Minimum 3 years of proven working experience as a forklift driver preferably in the FMCG industry.

• Must be able and willing to work a variable shift schedule that is dependent upon operational needs.

• Be courteous and professional with team members.
