BNT Industry & Trading Plc is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team and drive the sales of our milk products in Ethiopia. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Core Duties 

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.

• Analyze market need and suggest professional recommendations

• Organize and coordinate sales representative’s schedules.

• Train new sales representatives necessary for the position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase product penetration.

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through effective market research and analysis.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management on progress and areas for improvement.

• Train and develop sales team members to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.

• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop promotional strategies and new product launches.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

• Perform related and other tasks assigned by the immediate Manager.

Skills required:-

• Fluent in English and Amharic; additional languages are a plus. Benefits:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy only. 

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in sales, preferably in the dairy or FMCG industry.
