• In collaboration with the site principal ,provides student supervision and interventions to students experiencing problems in discipline and attendance in a comprehensive setting.

• In collaboration with the site principal acts as a resource to teachers in their instructional practice, especially as it relates to issues of discipline, relationships with students, classroom management, and school culture. 

• Assists the principal in maintaining standards of pupil behavior needed to achieve a functional learning atmosphere and effective participation in all activities.

• Assists the principal in the coordination of campus security, facilities and grounds .

• Assists with the planning and implementing of school programs such as student attendance/discipline, curriculum development, and others as assigned.

• Serves as a Chair person at a Disciplinary Committee , Serves as a chair person at Safety and Security committee

Job Requirement

• Master's Degree or higher preferred in the field of education.

• Must possess a minimum of five years of experience as a teacher leader or administrative role.

• Three to five years of experience in a similar job in a high school setting.

• Three to five years of experience as an associate or assistant dean.
