Job Description
Bright Future Ethiopia Development and Charity Association (BFE) is a young local non-government organization (NGO) established in 2016 striving to expand while focusing on the unreached section of the community to make them resilient and self-reliant. BFE is looking for a competent Director.
Extensively engage in development organizational important policies strategies and Manuals
Preparation of program/project implementation reports and follows up with focusing on performance per defined standards.
Prepare various concept papers and proposals contact with existing and new donors to sustain the benefits of the community
Monitor and evaluate programs for quality and sustainability through with smooth collaboration of partners
Assist the development and proper execution of annual operational plan in line with the donors interest
Develop and facilitate networking relationship with stakeholders (Community, government, LNGOS, INGOs, etc.)
Prepare consolidated short-term and long-term strategies for the organization communicate with relevant stakeholders and donors
Guide the proper implementation projects in the project area and ensure the integration between projects activities
Lead and engage in monitoring processes with staffs and , development partners and target beneficiaries, and
Coordinate and lead donors visit with proper management and security to ensure they are satisfied and continued with BFE
Compile the profiles of the stakeholders and communicate with donors and sponsors to develop sponsorship loops for sustained support
Develop and implement new project models that fostering community resilience and women empowerment
Represent the office in local, regional and national programs and platforms
Engage in staffs recruitments, development and performance evaluation and coaching
Other important and additional assignments from the BFE board ,GA and donors
Salary: Based on the organization scales
OPEN TO: Ethiopian Nationals
REPORTING TO: Board of Directors
Employment type: Contract (six Months contact Possibility of Extension based on Budget Availability)
WORKPLACE: ADDIS ABABA
BA/BSc./MA/MSc in Agriculture, Rural development, plant sciences, sociology, social work, project management, and related discipline.
Work Experience: A minimum of 12 years working experiences of which at least five years at Program Manager, Director and other related Position in the NGOs sector.
