Job Description
Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just eight kilometers from Bole International Airport is looking for a dynamic, self-starter to join our team as an Assistant Financial Controller.
Financial controllers handle all tasks related to the budgeting and accounting aspects of a company or organisation. They implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting procedures, and prepare documentation for external audits. They collect information related to financial statements such as assets, liabilities, equity, and cash flow in order to assess the company's financial position to prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
Required qualifications:
BA degree in Finance and Accounting and related fields.
Minimum of four years’ work experience as an Assistant Financial Controller in four- or five-star hotels.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Competencies required:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple assignments
Capable of working in a team environment
Highly organized, able to carry out tasks independently and punctual
