We’re seeking a competent Office Assistant to join our team! If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is perfect for you.
Ø Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring it reaches the right recipients promptly, organize paperwork, maintain filing systems, and retrieve documents as needed.
Ø Monitor office supplies (e.g., stationery, printer cartridges) and reorder when necessary additionally, keep supply closets organized and stocked.
Ø Greet guests, offer refreshments and direct them to the appropriate personnel, Handle inquiries, transfer calls, and take messages.
Ø Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and send invitations.
Ø Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
Ø Ensure common areas are tidy and presentable and Disburse small amounts of cash for office expenses.
Additional Requirements:
Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ø Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
Ø Experience with calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).
Ø Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Ø Excellent time management skills.
Academic qualification
Ø Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field
Experience: 1+ Prior work as an office assistant or in a related field enhances your qualifications.
