Job Description
As Marketing Manager the position holder executes sales promotional activities, manage product introductions, and develop marketing strategies to increase visibility and drive sales growth. Build relationships with Customers, achieve sales goals, and oversee sales support staff. Manage marketing budget, monitor competitors, identify new market segments, and leverage digital channels for brand visibility. Represent Mamo kacha at industry events, contribute to continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Job Responsibilities:

Execute sales promotional activities, advertising placements, and other strategic marketing initiatives to increase product visibility and drive sales growth. Guidance and support to the retail operations department staff through coaching and training
Take charge of product introductions and manage the entire product sales lifecycle, from conception to market launch and beyond.
Design, develop, implement, and analyze various marketing strategies and media channels to effectively market and promote our new products.
Hire, train, and monitor the performance of the sales support staff, providing on-the-job training and coaching to enhance branding efforts.
Set and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and drive business results.

Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
Enforcing company rules and regulations
Ensuring periodic and regular operational plan checks are in place
Develops safety and security procedures and guidelines, and ensures their adherence
Evaluate performance and ensure compliance with health and safety rules
Emergency management and business continuity planning
Perform other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications:
MBA or BA Degree in Marketing, Business, Food Sciences (MBA is a plus)
Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably with pharmaceutical products
Working knowledge of the Agro processing and Food manufacturing, as well as thorough understanding of marketing business processes.
Understanding of Door to door marketing sales.
Familiarity with latest trends and best practices in the dairy processing field.
Project management and prioritization skills
Ability to meet deadlines and complete projects within budget
Skills Required:
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a high-performing team to exceed targets
Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to counter these challenges
Experience in Agro processing and dairy farm business, with knowledge and understanding of materials and equipment used in the business.
Confirmed skills and abilities of planning, creating policies and guidelines to carry the operations management
Budgetary and planning skills, sales estimates, consumption forecasts and materials requirement planning
Risk management and mitigation skills
Effective cross functional collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills verbal & written
Proven strong organizational and leadership skills
