GeezJobs - The Recruitment Department would like to recruit highly qualified and Competent professional applicants for the Office & People Coordinator on behalf of a client Organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members

  • Coordinate internal and external events, meetings, and workshops

  • Provide administrative support to HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures

  • Support the development and implementation of office policies and procedures

  • Assist in coordinating employee training and professional development initiatives

  • Handle general inquiries and requests from staff members in a timely and professional manner

  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in an administrative or HR role, preferably in NGO settings

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Excellent English communication skills and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of HR practices and principles is a plus

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
