Job Description
The Brew House Operator is responsible for execution and monitoring of the brewing process starting from malt throwing till end of wort casking. He performs CIP in a neat and safe work environment, recording and maintaining brewing related data with high level of accuracy.
Job Requirements
B.Sc. in Food Engineering/Chemical Engineering or related fields with 2 years relevant experience, experience in the brewing industry is a must
· Take measurements and conduct standardized tests on beer/wort to ensure compliance with quality standards; factors such as Gravity and Ph
· Execute and monitor brewing process and adjust equipment as required
· Operate software and hardware as per SOP
· Communicate SBM when every there is a problem/fault in the process on time
· Prepare ingredients for brewing processing
· Organize and track brewing materials
· Ensure all brewing process is going in safe, efficient and effective manner to attain brewery’s goals and objectives
· Check and execute optimization of process.
· Advise on simplifying process operation.
· Record all the necessary data on the appropriate format on time
· Maintain records of production throughout various processes
