Job Description
1. Project Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Create and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and address project issues.
2. Agile Methodology Implementation:
Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach and guide the development team on Agile principles, practices, and processes.
Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies, including the proper use of Agile tools and frameworks.
Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
3. Communication and Collaboration:
Facilitate effective communication within the project team, stakeholders, and management.
Provide timely project status updates and reports to stakeholders and management.
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and development teams to define requirements and prioritize deliverables.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
4. Risk Management and Issue Resolution:
Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively address project issues and escalate when necessary.
Ensure effective problem-solving and decision-making processes within the project team.
1. Stakeholder Management:
Engage and manage relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and addressed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, prioritize features, and manage change requests.
Facilitate alignment and consensus among stakeholders with competing priorities.
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master, preferably in the software development or fintech industry.
· Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile tooling (JIRA, Confluence).
· Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PSM) is desirable.
