The Treasury Manager will play a critical role in managing the group's cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury operations, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a complex and dynamic environment.
1. Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and maximize returns on investments across the holding group and its subsidiary companies.
2. Coordinate cash flows and forecast cash requirements to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs across all business units within the holding group.
3. Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions on behalf of the holding group and its subsidiaries, including negotiating banking services, credit facilities, and foreign exchange transactions.
4. Evaluate and manage financial risks at the group level, including interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and credit risk, and develop appropriate hedging strategies to mitigate these risks.
5. Prepare regular cash flow forecasts, financial reports, and key performance indicators for senior management and the board of directors of the holding group.
6. Oversee the execution of cash transactions, including wire transfers, investments, and debt financing, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements across all subsidiaries.
7. Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements at both the group and subsidiary levels.
8. Lead and mentor a team of treasury professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster professional growth and development across the holding group and its subsidiaries.
9. Stay informed about market trends and developments in treasury management practices, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization across the group.
10. Utilize ERP systems and other finance system tools effectively to streamline treasury operations, enhance reporting capabilities, and improve decision-making processes within the holding group and its subsidiaries.
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree and professional certificatio preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury management or a similar role, preferably in a multinational corporation or large conglomerate managing multiple subsidiary companies.
3. Strong understanding of cash management principles, financial markets, and investment strategies, with experience in managing complex treasury operations across multiple entities.
4. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills and experience working with treasury management systems (TMS) capable of handling the needs of a diverse group of companies.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels across the holding group and its subsidiaries.
6. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, drive change, and achieve results in a dynamic and challenging environment.
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively in a multi-company environment.
