An exciting vacant position has arisen at East Africa Bottling Share Company for the role of Manufacturing Development Specialist. The primary role of this position is ensuring effective planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of Manufacturing Way and other change management initiatives and provide support to operational teams through the identification, development, coordination and/or implementation of improvement initiatives in support of the Business Strategy.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Leads the WCM Change Management Process.
Drives Loss and Waste Analysis Projects.
Facilitates key Leader Training Programs.
Drives adherence to TCCC and CCBA Standards.
Coaching and Mentoring
Job Requirement
First Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing Environment.
Must Have leadership Experience
Experience in Process improvement project or technical training is advantageous.
