Job Description
Main Responsibilities & Duties
Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field;
Visit potential clients to estimate product needs or promote to increase visibility;
Responsible for communicating the benefits of a company’s products in order to drive sales;
Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers using solid influences;
Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers;
Perform cost-benefit analysis of existing potential customers to meet their needs;
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships;
Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics;
Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld;
Performs other tasks given by the immediate supervisor.
Skills & Abilities
Excellent communication skills that ensure client needs are addressed appropriately;
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding;
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, skills;
Strong organization skills that contribute to successful campaigns;
Excellent leadership, problem solving, and collaboration abilities;
Ability to work individually and in a team;
Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to visit customer
Job Requirement
Academic Qualification:
BA Degree in Marketing Management or related fields
Years of experience: 2+ years of proven experience in the field
