On behalf of our client, an IT solutions importer, our recruitment team is searching for a motivated Client Outreach Sales with a background in Information Technology to join their dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. As a Client Outreach Sales, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting a suite of IT solutions and services.
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within the IT industry through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
Qualifying Leads: Conduct initial outreach to prospects to assess their needs, qualify their interest, and determine the viability of pursuing the opportunity further.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions tailored to their needs.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our client’s IT solutions and services.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals and quotes that align with client requirements and objectives.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable business agreements and achieve sales targets.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive overall business success.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
1 + years experience
Technical aptitude and a passion for learning about new technologies and industry trends.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed.
