Job Description
The Sales and Customer Service Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the company's logistics services to potential clients, as well as providing excellent customer service to existing clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the logistics industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell the company's logistics services to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding pricing, services, and shipment tracking.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients.
Prepare sales reports and identify areas for improvement.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Location: Addis Ababa
Quantity: 15 (fifteen).
Salary: Attractive.
Zero years and above in Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in using cash register machine.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of using Microsoft office.
Knowledge of using cash register machine
