Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our logistics company. The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring the efficient and effective handling of logistics activities.Manage and supervise the branch's operational activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with other branches and departments to optimize logistics processes and meet customer requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Communicate with customers to address any issues or concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement branch-specific goals and objectives
Location: Addis Ababa
Quantity: 10 (ten).
Salary: Attractive.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in logistics, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
