Job Description

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Event Planner and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events while also supporting marketing initiatives to promote these events and enhance our brand presence. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Plan and organize events, including conferences, workshops, trade shows, product launches, and corporate meetings.

  • Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, equipment rentals, and accommodations.

  • Develop event budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.

  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of events.

  • Oversee event setup, on-site management, and post-event breakdown.

  • Handle attendee registrations, inquiries, and communications.

  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event success and areas for improvement.

Marketing Coordination:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.

  • Create and manage event-related marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and social media content.

  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all event materials.

  • Manage event promotion through various channels, including social media, websites, and email newsletters.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Assist in maintaining the company’s online presence, including updating the website and social media platforms.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate records and files related to events and marketing activities.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

  • Assist with general administrative tasks and provide support to the marketing team as needed.

  • Manage event and marketing calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications or a related field

Experience 

  • 3 years as direct experiences. 

Skills

  • Proven experience in event planning and marketing coordination.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Mail Chimp, social media platforms).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
