Our Company Semu real estate is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, and oversight of structural components and systems for our various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structural analysis and design for various building materials, including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry.

• Perform detailed calculations, create engineering drawings, and develop structural plans and specifications.

• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other team members to ensure the structural integrity and feasibility of project designs.

• Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and other engineering documents.

• Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance to support construction activities.

• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations.

• Assist in the preparation of feasibility studies, technical reports, and proposals.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in the construction industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically.

• Proficient in the use of structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP, SAFE,REVIT and AutoCAD, etc.).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements and deadlines.

• experience in high rise buildings and PT design - preferable
