Job Description
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports for assigned projects.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with project managers to develop project budgets and forecasts.
Cost Management: Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Project Billing: Coordinate project billing and invoicing activities.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to evaluate project profitability.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor project cash flow and assist with cash flow forecasting.
Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with financial controls and participate in audits.
Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to provide financial guidance.
Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance project accounting processes
Minimum four years’ experience in construction and real estate company
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
