Job Description
Senior Sales Agents represent the direct contact with clients. They provide general advice to customers.
Motivating a team of sales agents
Coaching sales agents and develops their potential
Making sure the shop always looks the standard set by the Company (e.g. visual displays)
Gets to know customers to champion safer betting at all times
Takes care of opening and closing in the Company’s shops
Represent employer and provide information regarding products offered by the company to current and potential clients.
Find and acquire new customers.
Prioritize daily sales activities.
Respond to product and company related questions; respond to sales inquiries and concerns.
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships; take feedback from customers so their opinions can be used to further improve the product.
Monitor competitors and market conditions.
Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
Making sure that the shop hits its targets
Performs other related duties as required.
Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Perform any other assignments assigned by the manager.

Sales Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications
BA Degree-Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Business Management or Accounting
4 Years previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
Demonstrated and proven sales results
Familiar to the local Culture and Language (Somaligna)
Competencies
Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Focused on customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Persuasive and goal-oriented
In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
