Cadila Pharmaceuticals (Ethiopia) P.L.C, a Joint Venture Company between Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, India and Almeta Impex P.L.C, Ethiopia, put up a Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing facility for Tablets, Capsules & Liquids at Akaki, near Addis Ababa.  The aforementioned Plant is one of its kind in Ethiopia and the first Pharmaceutical Formulation Manufacturing Plant of the country to receive Certificate of PICS - Conformity in 2011 as per EU guidelines, to comply with the WHO-led regulatory requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) & also received cGMP certificate Ethiopian Food & Drug Authority.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• To contribute for break down and preventive maintenance of production & utility machines. 

• Doing Winding, Electrical and instrumentation maintenance work as per the time schedule.

• Minor maintenance for computer and network system.

• All Electrical work at Cadila Pharmaceutical (Ethiopia) Plc ,coordinates and directly involve on the Electrical maintenance  work of production machinery like RMG , FBD, Blender, Compression, Coating ,Blisters & Strips packing, Capsule filling, Bottle Washing, Filling, Capping & labeling and others and all utilities like Boilers, Air conditioning, DG sets, Air Compressors, RO Plant, Water treatment System, Generator System, UPS, electrical panel’s, Chilled Water System ,Quality control Equipment’s, Microbiology Equipment’s and effluent treatment plant

Required Number: 2 except senior HR officer  

Type of Employment: Permanent.

Salary and Other Benefit Packages: Attractive and can be determined with negotiation based on the candidate’s previous earning, qualification and competency.

Work Place: Gelan Factory.

Job Requirements

Diploma – Advance Electricity  from a recognized College University 
Minimum of  Diploma 6 Years Experian And Advanced Diploma Minimum 4 years experience

Skills 

• Excellent oral and written communication skill.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skill.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, words, excel, internet etc. 

• Willingness to learn, improve and adapt to changing requirements
