As a Maintenance Supervisor you will manage an assigned area or team by planning, organizing, and following up on maintenance of the assets and property to ensure reliable and cost-efficient operations and quality. This position is based in Adama Industrial Park, Adama and reports to Operation Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that internal and external HSEQ requirements are followed.

• Ensure that proactive maintenance work keeps or increases current production capacity and quality.

• Manage maintenance personnel by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned according to procedures, in an efficient way, and with the right quality.

• If the role has subordinates: Lead the team in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach, and guide its members to ensure a workforce that is competent, engaged, and enabled to meet Jotun’s current and future needs

• Monitor and evaluate service contractors and review supplier performance.

• Actively work together with operations to develop operations equipment to improve efficiency and/or quality.

• Coordinate maintenance work with affected area owners to plan work orders appropriately.

• Implement root cause analysis on reoccurring or critical breakdowns and failures.

• Ensure that the Matrix Maintenance System responsibility area is always up to date, at least data from work orders.

Job Requirement

Qualification and Experience

• BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering

• 2+ year relevant experience in manufacturing sector
