PHD or Master’s degree in Social Science, International Development, Public Administration, Regional and Local development, Development studies, Business Administration, Leadership, Marketing, Organizational development, Political Science and International Relation or in a related field of study with relevant owri experience out of which 7 years of Senior Management Experience for PHD and 9 years of Senior Managerial Experience for Master’s Degree. Duties & Responsibilites: - Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for volunteerism, membership, and youth development that align with ERCS’s vision and mission. - Ensure the integration of these strategies into organizational plans and initiatives across departments, Provide high-level advice to the Secretary General on key issues related to volunteers, members, and youth engagement.
