Job Description
Job Purpose:
To design complex projects and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the architectural design of complex projects,
Develop and interpret design concepts,
Review architectural and engineering drawings, and meet with consultants throughout development process,
Supervise the design team, including architects, engineers, and contractors,
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards,
Comply with all applicable building codes and regulations,
Interact with clients to understand their needs and requirements,
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and other architects,
Maintain accurate, up-to-date architectural records, including construction drawings and specifications,
Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirement
Qualification and Skills
MSc or BSc Degree in Architecture or related field of studies
Experience
5 years for BSc
3 years for MSc.
