Digital Risk Specialist is responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with digital technologies, ensuring the secure and resilient operation of the Banks’ digital assets. In addition, the role holders is responsible for conducting penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on digital assets and manage risks related to digital privacy by addressing compliance requirements.

Academic & Professional Qualification

 Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline from a reputable university. 

 Professional certification in Risk Management; Financial Risk Management (FRM), RCP Level 3, Chartered Risk Analyst (CRA) or Governance Risk and Compliance Management (GRCM) is preferable

 Experience

 Minimum of six (6) years relevant experience

Required Technical Competency 

 Proven experience in conducting comprehensive risk assessments of the Bank's IT systems and infrastructure.

Very good knowledge of risk management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

 Ability to use technology tools and solutions for continuous monitoring and detection of IT security threats.                                 

 Proficient in identifying and evaluating IT-related risks.

 Stay abreast of IT regulations and compliance requirements. 

 Experience in implementing and managing IT security systems to protect against cyber threats.

 Project management skills.
