DROGA PHARMA PLC is an import, distributor and commission agent for pharmaceuticals and healthcare products in the territory of Ethiopia. 

Our Company  established in April 2015 with two staff. Currently we have a total of 400+ Employee with different professional background and work Experience. And now Droga Pharma PLC as a business unit,establishing chain of pharmacies all over Ethiopia.

 Role & Responsibilities. 

• Implement the relevant management system standards within Droga Group in consideration of priority.

• Develop, review, update QMS & RMS Documents (SOP, Manuals, Guidelines, Forms/Templates)

• Assure the appropriate preparation, control, storage, retrieval, archival and disposal of QMD documents within Droga Group.

• Provide training in all aspects of QMS and RMS to all staffs of Droga Group

• Champion a program for the sustainability and improvement of QMS Process within Droga Group

• Monitor and control non-conformities and deviations within the operation of Droga Group and recommend the possible action plan

• Ensure the suitability and applicability of KPIs of the process units in collaboration with planning team

• Conduct risk assessment within Droga Group and evaluate the effectiveness of mitigation plans

• Routinely assess the QMS gaps with Droga Operations.

• Initiate, arrange and facilitate the implementation of regulatory and statutory requirements/standards within Droga Group.

• Follow and ensure the root cause analysis and implementation of CAPA for NCRs/OFIs identified by internal or External Auditors.

• Prepare any QMS/RMS related reports and present to the management during MR or as required.

• BPharm /M Pharm or Related Filed of Study from a recognized university Personal and professional skills required for the position

• More Than 3 Years of Experience Related To QMS.
