We invite qualified applicants for the position of Datacom Solution Manager at one of our clients Huawei Technologies Ethiopia PLC.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop projects with key account managers, present presentations for customer / partner technical trainings.

2. Maintain good relationships with technicians from end customer / partner side

3. Sales support including meeting with customer, solution design with sales team, etc  to ensure Huawei is providing the most competitive solution to the target customer.

4. Develop and recommend technical solutions and commercial strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and deployed systems infrastructure.

5. Participate in RFx responses, tenders, presentations, consultations and commercial proposals by providing product information, value argumentation, bill of materials and tender network designs

Salary:  Negotiable

Job Requirement

Business Skills Requirements:

1. Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently.

2. Strong datacom experience, 

3. Team-player and results oriented.

4. Professional Knowledge Requirement:

5. Deep knowledge about IP Technology including Switch, Router, WiFi,,Firewall…etc. 

6. Deeply understand the IT system or network requirements of government, transportation, education, banking, energy, or ISP sector.

.Education and Major requirements 

• Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering telecommunication Engineering or any related study.

Work Experience:- 

• 6+ Years of data communication experience is preferred.

Language Skill: 

• Fluent in English
