Branch managers oversee the management of one or several bank activities. They set policies which promote safe banking operations, ensure the economic, social and commercial targets are met and that all the bank departments, activities and commercial policies are in compliance with legal requirements. They also manage employees and maintain an effective working relationship among the staff.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience : Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting ,  Management,  Business Administration, Economics or associated area with 4(4)/six(6) years of related work expertise; of which one yr of expertise needs to be as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.

To assist the sustainable progress and profitability of the Bank by cross promoting the Bank’s merchandise, advertising new merchandise, buying and retaining prospects, instituting steady enchancment for enhanced customer support and operational effectivity within the Branch

Knowledge of Shari’ah regulation and rules pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required
