Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Competency Development Specialist is responsible for participating in developing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-tier candidates; design end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection, and crafting employer branding strategies to attract diverse and talented candidates. In addition, the role holder is responsible for developing competency assessment framework and taking a part in design competency development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees in the Bank.

Academic & Professional Qualification 

  • Bachelor Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, or related discipline from a reputable university. 

  • Master’s in Human Resource or Business Administration is an added advantage.

  • Professional qualification(s) in Human Resources is an added advantage

Experience

  • Minimum of six (6) years relevant experience
