We are currently looking for an active & experienced outdoor sales candidate that will play a key role in registering & activating agents & merchants for the sales operation in the assigned area.

We are looking for candidates who reside ( live ) in the following locations: Bole Sub City, Akaki Kality Sub City, Lafto Sub City, Lideta Sub City, Kirkos Sub City & Addis Ketema Subcity

Duties & Responsibilities

• Daily briefing and weekly meetings with the sales supervisor.

• Expected to achieve the monthly sales target of the respective region.

• To undertake all assignments and activities with due diligence and commitment to the growth of the organization.

• Responsible for registration of agents & merchants in the respective zone.

• Responsible for activating & reactivating of agents & merchants in the respective zone.

• Providing technical support and giving trainings for customers as per the requirement.

• Handling any customer’s complaints within our capacity promptly and provide immediate solutions.

• Conducting promotional activities.

• Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance.

• And will perform other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor or by other Top Management team.

Job Requirements

• Outdoor Sales Experience is a must!

Experience

• Minimum of 6 month outdoor sales experience.
