Job Description
Customer Service & Cash Collection Officer will be responsible for safekeeping and updating customer file, updating construction progress to the customer, requests and follow-up payments, handling customer complaints
BA degree in Marketing, Management, Accounting & Finance and other related filed of studies.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as customer service officer preferably in Real Estate company
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills;
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
To be detailed oriented, knowledgeable on statistics, strong problem-solving skills,
Work comfortably under pressure, and deliver on tight deadlines
