Job Description

Sales Attendant for Leon's Mercantile PLC

Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Understanding the entire product and explain to the customer.

  • Greeting customers and offering assistance

  • Answering questions and addressing concerns

  • Answering telephone, direct, screen calls, taking and relaying messages and Providing information to callers

  • Performs direct sales 

  • Communicate potential customers on new arrival and special offers.

  • Collect and register customer complaint and transfer to concerned unit or person.

  • Prepare sales invoice and collect cash.

  • Prepare and submit performance report as per the company requirement

  • Recommending products to help customers

  • Informing customers about sales, promotions and policies

  • Prepare proforma invoices as per the request and follow up the processes.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Level 4/5 from TVET College in Sales Management, Marketing Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in sales of generators, pumps 

• Strong customer handlingg skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Good Computer Skill
