Job Description
Follow up floated tender, purchase the bid documents. Communicate with clients on the tender process.
Assists in the bid process from the bid purchasing stage through to the final bid submission and award of contract.
Assist the tender team on the preparation and compiling of documents.
Communicate internally with respective department.
Prepare bid bonds if required Review bid format in order to comply with guidelines and purchaser requirements.
Follow up submitted tenders.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in tender roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good Computer Skill
