Job Description

  • Follow up floated tender, purchase the bid documents. Communicate with clients on the tender process.

  • Assists in the bid process from the bid purchasing stage through to the final bid submission and award of contract.

  • Assist the tender team on the preparation and compiling of documents. 

  • Communicate internally with respective department. 

  • Prepare bid bonds if required Review bid format in order to comply with guidelines and purchaser requirements. 

  • Follow up submitted tenders. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in tender roles.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Good Computer Skill
