Job Description
Tender Officers ensure that the documents required for their organisation's functioning and daily operations are registered, classified and archived correctly and are made available to the different services or to the public upon request.
Duties and Responsibilites:
Follow up floated tender, purchase the bid documents. Communicate with clients on the tender process.
Searching tenders from different portals and present for approval by his/her seniors
Study the tender documents and prepare checklists on the basic requirements of the tender
Submits tender document & participate in the bid openings.
Prepare bid bonds if required Review bid format in order to comply with guidelines and purchaser requirements.
Reviewing terms and conditions of the bids and report to the immediate supervisor.
Follow up submitted tenders.
Arrange bid bonds and performance bonds.
Job Requirements
BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro-mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good Computer skill
