Job Description
The Export assistant & documentation officer is responsible for export related operational activities including documentation and to support the organization goals and objectives.
Filing of documents & keeping Export Shipment Records
Preparation of Export shipment Documents as per contract
Follow up for Export Payments & Collection of Bank Advises
Follow up & Communication with Minsitry of trade , Minsitry of Agriculture for different tasks
Processing of Online application for Export documention using Single window system
Follow up & communicate with customers, shipping lines,banks & Agents
Follow up for cleaning & packing of export cargo
Regular monitoring & updating inward & outward of material with co ordination of store team
Prepartion of export related periodically reports
Working with Sincerity,Discipline / timaly reporting & useing excellent communication skill
COMPETENCIES: -
Excellent communication skill
Knowledge of commodities quality / grades specially for coffee
A dedicated, hardworking individual, with strong attention on given tasks
Integrity and good ethics
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education
BA degree in Business related fields
Basic Computer knowledge
