Job Description
Menschen fuer Menschen Foundation- wishes to invite applicants with the following qualification and experience for ALBUKO Integrated Rural Development Project:
Prepares cost estimation for all construction activities before the start of their construction and compares these costs with the as-built construction costs.
Prepare bill of quantities.
Supervises school constructions, hand dug wells, spring development etc.…
Certifies contract payments.
Prepare take off sheets.
Number required: 1 (One)
Salary: Negotiable
Terms of Employment: Yearly renewable contract
Duty station: ALBUKO Integrated Rural Development Project, South Wollo Zone, Albuko Woreda.
Qualifications:
BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or Advanced Diploma or TVET Diploma in Building Construction.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 4 years for BSc and 6 years for Diploma.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong sense of integrity and personal commitment to the goals and values of MfM
Excellent computer literacy, record keeping and report writing
Language: A good command of spoken & written English
