Job Summary 

• Senior Software Support Officer is responsible for providing daily technical support on core banking system application and surrounding interface applications, trouble shooting and performing root cause analysis of all reported problems related to core banking and interface applications.

Job Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualification

•  Bachelor’s Degree Information Technology or Computer Science or Information Systems Or Software Engineering or Related Fields. 

•  Relevant professional qualifications and certifications will have added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience

• Required Technical Competency 

•  Proven experience in Core banking system, applications, and related products. 

•  Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices. 

•  Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives. 

•  Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws. 

•  Experience in systems and storage capacity management, maintenance, forecasting and lifecycle planning focused on business requirements.

•  Hands-on knowledge of configuration management tools.

•  Experience in VMware virtualization design, build and administration. 

•  Experience with SQL administration and SQL toolsets.
