Job Description
Yekatit Paper Converting Plc. is an established paper converting company primarily engaged in printing, packaging, label production bank papers and other commercial products. The Company is looking for professionals with vibrant track records and invites eligible applicants for the following vacant positions.
Sales officers are executives that work with companies’ sales teams to determine the best strategies to increase customer purchases. They assist higher management in developing reasonable sales goals, oversee the activities of sales employees, and collaborate with marketing teams to expand brand presence.
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Terms of Employment: Permanent after completing of probationary period
Required Number: 1
Salary: Attractive salary and other benefits package
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.
Negotiate and close sales contracts with customers and ensure their satisfaction
Follow up with customers to provide after-sales support and collect feedback
Develop Relationships and network with potential Clients to establish contracts and develop strong relationships with different departments within the company to ensure everyone is working toward the same targets and goals.
Create Plans for Business sales Growth, developing strategic plans to encourage sales growth and analyze data to create action plans that are based on statistics, and measure results against targets.
Develop Customer Pricing Structures, develop risk assessments of services to work toward commercial goals.
Monitor Regulations, make sure customers adhere to and understand contractual obligations, and also determine when processes violate regulations. Assess risks and make recommendations based on analysis of all factors affecting a business situation.
BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, or in a related filed of study.

Good knowledge in marketing.
Good communication skill.
Good computer skill.
