About the Position

Industrial engineers design a vast array of production systems aiming to present efficient and effective solutions. They integrate a varied number of variables such as workers, technology, ergonomics, production flows, and product specifications for the design and implementation of production systems. They can specify and design for microsystems as well.

Place of work: Addis Ababa

Terms of Employment: Permanent after completing of probationary period

Duties & Responsibilities

• Standard Operational Procedure translation, Prepare procedures and follow standard execution

• Find out new mechanisms/methods to make production simple.

• Improve Productivity, Assure Quality and Reduce cost by applying lean principles

• Production lay out design and follow the implementation to improve Efficiency

• Analyze Failure Mode Effect & Critical Analysis after NPI production finished

•  Deploy continuous improvement

Job Requirements

• BSc Degree in Industrial Engineering, or in a related field of study.

Experience

• 0 years of experience.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Good knowledge in industrial engineering department.

• Good computer skill.
