Job Title: Corporate Key Account Manager
Department: Commercial
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Type of Employment: Full-Time
Reports To: Head of Business Development
Purpose of the Position:
The Corporate Key Account Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic relationships with our key corporate accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for these clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.
Grow Existing Accounts: Manage a portfolio of key corporate clients, fostering strong relationships through regular communication.
Support Client Onboarding & Success: Oversee the smooth onboarding process for new corporate clients, ensuring their successful transition to Dodai products with comprehensive training and support.
Identify & Pursue New Opportunities: Actively research and identify potential new corporate clients within target industries. Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals to win new business.
Industry Engagement: Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and seminars to stay updated on market trends, network with potential clients, and explore partnerships that benefit both Dodai and our corporate clients.
Tender Management: Proactively identify and research relevant government and private sector tenders (bidding opportunities) for electric vehicle fleets. Lead the development and submission of competitive bid packages to secure new large-scale contracts.
Report and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the company's CRM system.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle, from pre-sales to ongoing support.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive industry
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships
Excellent communication, people, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently while also collaborating with a team
Proficiency in Google work space and customer service software (e.g., Trello, Odoo) is a must.
Experience with tender processes and bid applications is a must.
Fluency in English and Amharic (highly preferred)
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
