Job Description

  • A branch manager is an employee who oversees the operations of a branch of a bank or financial institution. The branch manager's responsibilities include managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the location's revenues.

Job Requirement

• Qualification: BA Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Management, Economics, Accounting or related field

• Experience: 5 years of relevant experience

- Through knowledge of microfinance business

- Excellent knowledge of company operation policies

- Good knowledge of financial and marketing management principles and practices

- Good communication skills

- Basic computer application skills
