Job Description

Marketing Coordinators support all the efforts and operations carried out by marketing managers and officers. They prepare reports in relation to the marketing operations needed by other departments, especially account and financial divisions. They ensure that resources needed by the managers to perform their job are in place.  

Duties & Responsibilities  

  • Developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.

  • Tracking sales data, maintaining promotional materials inventory, planning meetings and trade shows, maintaining databases, and preparing reports.

  • Analyzing sales forecasts, preparing marketing strategies, plans, and objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.

  • Tracking product line sales and costs by analyzing sales, expense, and new business data.

  • Preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

  • Coordinating with the graphics department to keep promotional materials ready, managing stock inventory, placing orders, and verifying receipt.

  • Supporting the sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.

  • Researching competitive products by evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.

  • Planning meetings and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, coordinating mailing lists.

  • Monitoring budgets by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts.

  • Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.

  • Accomplishing organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.

  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, emails, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

  • Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.

  • Experience with A/B testing, website analytics tools, ad serving tools, and PPC campaigns optimization.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript development, and constraints
