Essential Function

• Attend and follows up general service related matters of the bank, such as Telephone, fax electricity and office equipment, etc.

• Follow up and settle monthly utility bills to respective governmental institutions ensure proper functioning of fixed assets & office equipment of the bank in the Head office and at Branches.

• Carries out the maintenance and installation of electrical office equipment, fixture and appliances (Telephone lines, fax machine, photocopy machines, electric lines, etc.).

• Inspects periodically electrical equipment of the bank which needs repair works

• Receives electrical maintenance request of head office and branches

• Fills out purchase requisition for material and fixtures to be purchased or supplied to undertake the necessary repair works.

• Ensure that all electrical maintenance and installations done to the required standards and that material are used properly and economically.

• Advice supervisor and evaluates maintenance and repair works which have to carried out by an outside sources

• Prepares estimates of materials and labor cost for maintenance and repaired works to be done by outside source and seeks approval from supervisor before an assignment started

• prepares ad submits periodical report pertaining to maintenance and installation works follows

• Follows up installation works done by external source and completed timely

Job Requirement

• Dip/10+3/ Level 3 and above in Electricity, Plumbing, Carpentry and any other related fields with 2 years of service in relevant field, preferably in banking industry
