Job Description
Social workers are practice-based professionals who promote social change and development, social cohesion, and the empowerment and liberation of people. They interact with individuals, families, groups, organisations and communities in order to provide various forms of therapy and counselling, group work, and community work. Social workers guide people to use services to claim benefits, access community resources, find jobs and training, obtain legal advice or deal with other local authority departments.
World Together is Korean international relief and development NGO that was established in December 2005 through permission from the Federal Authority for Civil Society Organizations with the mission to help our neighbors worldwide who are suffering from poverty, disease and war.
World Together Ethiopia (International NGO) invites competent and qualified candidates for the project entitled ‘Korean War Veterans Descendants Education Development Project’ as per the following requirements:
Place of Work : Addis Ababa, World Together Ethiopia Branch Office, Gulelle Sub City, Ethiopia Korea War Veterans’ Association Building, 1st fl, Nearby Nigeria Embassy.
Terms of Employment: Contract based renewed yearly on his/her performance
Basic Salary: ETH. Birr 10,000.00 birr plus 20% transportation allowance
Job Requirement
Qualifications, Skills, and Work Experience:
BA Degree in Social Work, Psychology and Social Science related fields of study with 2 years work experience.
Korean War Veterans Descendants shall be given priority if the candidate fulfil the above qualification and work experience.Has excellent communication and interpersonal skill
