Responsibilities

• Manage datacenter 

• Monitoring of the server functionalities / processing of errors

• Contact person for internal IT support

• User Setup/Maintenance

• Assignment of access authorizations according to specifications

• Carrying out IT-technical instructions

• Installation of hardware and software components

• Maintenance of the hardware register

• Manage the printing systems

• Project support for IT projects

Job Requirement

• BSc Degree in Computer Science or a related field

• CCNA and/or CCNP required

• 3+ years’ experience working in network infrastructure

• Advanced experience data center management 

• Advanced understanding of subnetting, VLAN's, and address schemas

• Advanced knowledge of networking concepts and TCP/IP

• Advanced knowledge of routing. (i.e. gateway, subnet mask, RIP)

• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, of DNS, DHCP, and WINS protocols, WAN protocols, Voice protocols, TCP/IP

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, supervisors and co-workers in a manner consistent with customer service focus and application of positive cultural norms

• CCNA/HCIA certificate is a plus
