MSc or BSc Degree in Food Science, Technology, Food, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Nutrition, Microbiology, Chemistry or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities:  - Prepare and conduct studies to better understand food sustainability. - Design new food processing policies. - Identify ways to make food production more efficient, including processing, manufacturing and packaging.

PhD or Master's Degree in Food Anthropology, Sociology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of research projects aligned with the projects leads and other directorate’s priorities projects.  - Design, and conduct research studies focused on food anthroplogy related with public health importance. The position holder will focus on focus on the cultural and social aspects of food production, consumption, and safety.  - Collaborate with EPHI, partners and the academic institution to identify research gaps, develop study protocols, and secure funding through grant applications.
