On behalf of our client, an independent private company that operates Beauty Salon and Spa, Laundry Services, and Apartment Rental businesses, we are looking to recruit a Senior HR Coordinator based on the following client requirements.
Job Summary:
The Senior HR Coordinator will report to the Operation Manager and will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Employee Relations:
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
Address employee concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances.
Compensation and Benefits:
Assist with the administration of payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Performance Management:
Support the performance management process, including performance reviews and development plans.
Assist with the implementation of training and development programs.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Prepare HR reports and presentations.
Manage HR databases and systems.
Assist with the implementation of new HR initiatives.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Stay up-to-date on changes in employment law.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
